Why me? I am Afrikaans, I taught FAL and I know that I can make a difference in your child’s Afrikaans. I became a teacher because I love children. I have experience in teaching Foundation phase (Gr 1 – 3) as well as Senior phase. (Gr 4 – 7). Let us work as a team, and let the children build up confidence speaking, reading and writing Afrikaans. To be able to know a different language is a skill. A special skill that gives them different opportunities.

Dear Parents, my name is Michele. I am Afrikaans but I am an experienced teacher of 30 years teaching in English and Afrikaans. My higher diploma of Education and Early Childhood Development has provided me with the background and scope to be a successful teacher, for the younger and older children. I have taught from Grade 1 to Grade 7 in almost all subjects, Afrikaans, English, Maths, History, Geography and art…. where the road lead me I went and taught.
